Communicate when there’s a change and pick up location, my pick up location was changed to over an hour away and messed up my schedule for the whole day

Reserved truck a week in advance, was confirmed that the specific truck was available for my date and pickup place in Statesboro. No one ever called me the day before like they were supposed to, but per my app my reservation was still ready to go. I get a text 30 mins prior to the pickup time saying they don't have a truck. Had to drive over an hour to go pick up truck in Swainsboro instead. Need to fix your "reservation" process you can't tell someone they have reserved a truck when apparently there were no trucks even available in the area.
Sarah BYou have to drive through the ghetto to get there. You pull in and it is a trailer in the hood. The lady wasn’t even there. I had to call her, she took 25 minutes to show up.

Bobby CHave someone at the site when customers come and be nicer and not complete to the customer and not say. WHY DID THEY SEND YOU HERE FOR THE RENT AND NOT TO ANOTHER LOCATION. AMD SURE ITS CLEAN BEFORE THE CUSTOMER GET ANY EQUIPMENT.
