I dropped off after hours so there were no personnel to help but this review required an answer, so I cannot speak to the helpfulness of the personnel.
Jerry PWe reserved a truck 3 weeks in advance to be at one spot and 2 days before the move we were told we would have to go 45 miles away to the middle of nowhere. When we got there it was unmanned when we finally did all the online stuff the truck was completely empty. With the exception of one lady at the U-Haul in Brownsboro every one I dealt with was rude and unconcerned three times I was put on hold and then they hung up on me

MICHAEL OMake sure they're full Are reinverse the amount paid. It said that I had a quarter of a tank it didn't have even enough to get to a gas station.
