Signal light not working
JONATHAN CHelpful the only thing was that when we went to drop off, they had nothing recorded stating we would bring it there. On the receipt they had no drop off location, which I mentioned several times throughout the whole process from phoning to book, in Saskatoon and actually getting the truck.
Bonnie EThis location is absolute garbage. The woman working there charged me for a 3 days of truck rentals and insurance which resulted in a bill 4X as high as it should be as I only rented it for one day. she refused to change it or explain it to me. She also said we didn't fill the gas up back to where it was which was a complete lie. This is my second time renting from this location and they did the same thing last time. Reviews on the U-Haul website and google say the same thing, many complaints of overcharging , these people are complete scam artists. They would not give me a phone number for a manager or help me at all . I had to call the call center and am now dealing with them in regards to these thief's to try and get my stolen money back. I will tell everyone I know about this shitty business. Also they don't do any snow removal in parking lots and ice all over , my husband fell twice at their front doors .
