I rented a U-Haul for a move. I also added 2 dolly’s and furniture covers which were critical items. I wasn’t notified about them not having the additional items until after I paid. Couldn’t move anything so I basically paid for a U-Haul for nothing. Even though I was refunded for the missing items, the truck was unusable so I returned it. I am very disappointed with the service.
