The truck was clena, but one of the tires was nor in good condition and the power of the truck wasn’t enough i think it should be checked the engine

GLENN CU-Hauls Mobile pickup process was a frustrating experience. It was not clear when I was making the reservation online that the entire process was via the app. My experience with the app was very poor. The app would not accept clear pictures showing the mileage and fuel. The app took multiple tries to recognize I was at the location to begin drop off. The concept of mobile pick up is fine but the app provided a poor customer experience.
