There was no one available to assist me at the desk like I scheduled. Waited on hold with customer service which delayed my time window by an hour. The representative was accommodating but other than that the assistance at the pick up location was horrible. I had to located the dolly myself by looking around the store since the cashier claimed to not deal with uhaul. Stated only the manager deals with them and would not be there until the next day.
