Please make sure that the trucks you rent are swept out and have no debris in them. The truck was dirty.

Overall I am happy. The service was great. The truck again wasn't cleaned and I know it was sitting in the parking lot and not a quick turn around. Floor area in cab was muddy on both sides and a drinking cup was left behind. The back wasn't swept out but overall I am not going to make a fuss. I cleaned, sprayed it down and swept the back before returning it, like everyone should do. But my car is broken down right now and I have to move on top of it. I would rent again from this location. Again, it wasn't that bad. Thank you for providing trucks to us that have to move.

DEANNA MEmployee who checked me in and out was very pleasant. When I first came in, the van i was supposed to have had not been checked in properly, causing a delay in processing the rental. She worked very calmly and efficiently to resolve.
HENRY CJocelyn was fantastic!! Very helpful and understanding of my unique needs. Jennifer was also great for my return. This was my third or fourth rental from West Coast Self Storage and I will always go back there when I need to rent a U-Haul vehicle. They are the BEST!
