My experience was top tier except the actual scheduling of the truck. U-Haul has got to do better.

Robert PThis was a serious problem of miscommunication, unwillingness to help, sometimes outright dishonesty. We will be seeking another moving company for all of our future moves. I have contacted U-Haul and found the company, rude, and sometimes outright offensive.
GEORGE BTruck was not locked Truck pulls to left out of alignment Truck was not cleaned inside still stuff in there from previous occupants which I left ie cough medicine and a piece of wood Truck smelled like a wet dog Customer service was awesome !!!
