When my son-in-law went to drop off the trailer, the representative asked about the furniture pads. I was contacted and called the Uhaul (800) number for assistance. I also called the Fayette County Recovery & Storage about the issue. The gentleman at Fayette County Recovery & Storage saw his mistake and reimbursed me for the rental of the furniture pads as they had none to issue. In talking to the representative for Uhaul at the (800) number, she annotated the discrepancy not to charge for "not returning" furniture pads that were billed but never issued. I did receive a charge to my credit card, $197.76, for "not returning furniture pads" I was never issued. Both the UHaul representative at the (800) number and the gentleman at Fayette County Recovery and Storage annotated on the contract furniture pads were not issued. Those "notes" appeared to have been overlooked when processing the final bill. I hope when I call on this situation it can be resolved, and I am refunded the $197.76. Contract #: 97379167

During my initial pick up everything was fantastic. The system was down at the time so I was unable to get my contract (not a big deal). It was after that I had a terrible experience I called Uhaul customer support Thursday morning and misheard the lady’s name to which she got snippy “excuse me that’s not my name, i am not Mrs Rachel.” This is an honest mistake and doesn’t warrant any kinda response especially not a rude one.
Chester TI dropped off after hours so I can’t provide feedback on the place or people there. And apparently all options are required so I have to select a no I suppose.

WILLIAM BNo rentals are there and the business is new. There will be ample parking space, and the owner is pleasant and ready to serve. The only thing suggested is a box for the rental keys instead of the mail box.
