The rental agent did not speak English. He had to call someone bilingual on speaker phone to walk him through the computer. I reserved an appliance hand-truck and had to explain that he did not give me one. He only had a regular hand-truck, which I did not need. Took over 20 minutes on the phone to get removed from my bill.
Richard BNot happy I feel like I was overcharged first I made a reservation on the 56 store on Tampa Florida and then at the last minute he called me saying that they don’t got the truck that I had to go to Jay jay tire shop and I feel like they overcharged me to rent the truck.

riggins sI’m sorry I’ve been charged extra due to the filthiness of the truck. When we got the truck that was the exact way we received it and it was returned just like that; dirty and filthy. Location where it was originally picked up from should be accountable for this issue not the customer. Overseeing this issue, we was very grateful to have the truck size that we need to move . We didn’t think of anything about the dirtiness in the truck. i would like to get reimbursed the 81$ fee that was charged .. thank you
