Better signage
Kameron PThe truck I picked up only had 43 miles of gas left in it when I brought it back it had more gas then when I took it I was still charged $24.95 for low fuel?
Jeff HLocation was not staffed. Had to call a phone number and access a lock box. At the end of the rental had to take a picture of the dash, which was inconvenient and not possible to take a pic of the mileage due to the flashing nature of the display. In the end it worked, but was very inconvenient. I would use it again, only if other locations were not available.
Brian DThis seems like a privately owned person who just owns a couple of U-Haul trucks that rents them, but I would definitely not rent from this person again. It took me an hour to gain access to the truck. They did not communicate well at all very confusing I paid $100 almost 80 something dollars and then when I returned the truck, the lady tried to charge my card again for almost $200.
