There was no drop off box, no instructions, and no indication that this was a U-Haul designated location except for one truck parked in the back. We could not find the dropbox and ended up not getting gas because we were running so late trying to find it, and they charged me $70 extra. On top of that, the location was littered with trash and sketchy as hell. Very mad, will not be recommending this to anyone.

ozzie HDefinitely needs some work in that location. No explanation about anything … literally nothing. Then got charged with fees out of nowhere which could be avoided if I was told. Thanks but no thanks guess I’ll be using another company in future. 👎👎
Judy ETried changing me for a dolly a said I brought it back empty because she couldn’t read the right gaged. Forced me to back to location to show her it was fuller than when I got it an I’m still waiting for my 110.00 refund
