Everything went smooth and the equipment was clean. The staff were friendly and made the process easy. Overall it was a good experience and I’d definitely come back and recommend this location!!!!!

I would never have gone to this location for pickup if I seen it ahead of time.This place was a club.
Michael GThey didn't seem very organized. And they wouldn't or couldn't help load the trailer onto the truck hitch. I had to do it myself. And when I brought the trailer back the person working didn't bother to come over and help unload the trailer off of the truck hitch. So again I had to do it myself.
Stewart RGave me the truck gas tank almost empty, and then charged my card an extra 50 dollars when all I used was 6 miles which they can see that but wanted to say I used a full tanks of gas. Initially tried to say I never turned the truck back in and had to call to have them do check in
Jaimi HMake sure you update website regarding items needed to move mainly Dollys i needed one desperately and when I arrived to location to pick up truck they were all gone!! Also, rates are too high that 1.39 per mile is a killer!!
