I rented this Uhaul to help with a community service project. There needs to be some sort of notice that tells customers to BE PREPARED TO USE THE APP! This is no fault of Bazarte Bail Bonds. The U-Haul customer service experience took longer than expected. What I thought would be a 15-20min pick up turned into a 45mins experience, thusly throwing off my entire mobility timeline for the morning.
