They charged me for 2 gal of fuel when I returned the vehicle with more fuel than I pick it up with.
Gregory MI have never felt more terrified in my life!! The fact that UHaul uses this disgusting place as a drop-off location is despicable. Standing in line at whatever one would call this place was one of the scariest experiences of my life. No individual should experience what I experienced (along with my wife) - pure terror in the middle of the day (imagine if we had dropped it off at night). This is one reason we always use Home Depot and not U-Haul!!! So disgusting and so terrifying - a clear sign that UHaul doesn't give much thought to its customers bc they didn't check out this location before agreeing that it would be a drop-off location and, if they did, wow!
Daniel MPerson never checked the uhaul back in when I returned it so I had to call and handle it myself.
