UHaul changed the pickup location at the last minute and didn't send a text or call to highlight the change. Therefore, I went to the original pickup location only to find out I had to drive another 15 minutes in each direction to pickup at a new location. Added 30 minutes to the trip. I expected a highlight email/text/phone call to advise specifically of the pickup location change.

Davaasuren DUhaul insists everything be done on line. I was told they would help with the online paperwork I was asked the distance. I estimated in kilometres but the paperwork is estimate in miles. I was told I would receive the final receipt later the same day. It has been one week and I have not received the final paperwork, just multiple copies of the estimate. How long do I have to wait for the refund and final paperwork.
donna sHave the rental full of fuel instead of on empty-the online pre rental registration was a full waste of my time! At the site for 40 minutes out me late for my pick up appointment-I would not recommend U Haul to anyone
