It was a little dirty and really expensive, but the man at tawas was excellent!...I wish they offered more to struggling single parents when it comes to moving, that could help sales....It took me almost 3 weeks to move my stuff after spending every last dollar on getting lease ...I had the keys to my place and had to stay at friends ALL BECAUSE I Didn't Have another $400 for truck and gas, then having to find muscle to help with the big things, THAT WOULD OF COSTED OVER $700! It's just sad how much EVERYTHING costs and that my friends had to put us up for a few weeks because I would of NEVER expected it to cost what it did and then there wasn't even a dolly in the truck....

Linda SWe only used the trailer from 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for one day, and the fee was not appropriate for using the trailer for so little time. It was too expensive, and the pickup location said we would receive a credit for the amount the trailer was used, however, we were still charged for 48 hours. This is incorrect and we are still looking for a credit.
LARRY RI brought the vehicle back with the same amount of gas as when it left but was still charged $34 for 8 gallons of fuel. My only regret is not taking a photo of the gas gauge when I drop the vehicle off.
