The trailer wasn’t ready when I was supposed to pick it up causing me to have to drive back to the location (30 miles round trip). I had originally scheduled to have the trailer for two days but we finished much quicker than I expected so I returned the trailer in 9 hours. I was still charged for the entire two day rental. There should have been a significant adjustment for it not being ready and for me returning the trailer a day early!
