The owner was awesome, understood that i need the trailer for a couple days but just wanted to bring it to the same location, which i was having trouble changing on the website. Helped me get the trailer hooked up to my vehicle and cleaned the trailer before i left. Super helpful folks. Would 10/10 use them again.

The customer service was terrible. The gentleman was very rude. He wanted a driver license for whoever was pulling the trailer which i didn't understand. I went to another location and no driver license needed. Be careful with this location.
