They said my mileage was over 50 miles so they charged me $277 extra.
rogers mI got a call the day before saying I needed to use a location 20 miles away from my house. I went to get the uhaul and it wasn't even ready. They wanted me to wait another hour to pick it up OR go to another different location. It is crazy to not mention this the day before on the call. Completely dissatisfied with uhaul

Julie SGeographical location is very convenient. Equipment has some mechanical issues that need to be addressed. We noted these in our comments at drop off. Would recommend to others but let them know equipment may need repairs for optimal performance. Would not recommend this location for long distance hauling.
