BEDBUGS. We got bedbugs from this truck! Truck was not available at promised time, had to wait in a dirty derelict office for almost 45 minutes. Promised equipment dolly was not available at agreed time. Almost fell multiple times in parking lot because it was not maintained. Site is disgusting. Spent 1800 with Terminix to have our new home treated for bedbugs thanks to this nasty location.

The building is older, but it’s functional and does the job. The customer service was excellent — very friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind. He helped me carry boxes and even came out to chat when I returned the truck. Great experience overall.
Michelle SThere was no person on site when I picked up or dropped off, but I worked with the owner over the phone and everything went smoothly. Driveway access was difficult given deep snow was not removed, but I had 4wd, so I was still able to get to my rental trailer.
