Educate agents when returning truck you have to take pictures like its a crime scene. I took pictures before. Internet is horrible no live pictures will upload. Had to go back just to get milage. Then rest of app. Return did not want to work. Froze up, would not upload.

The truck was filthy inside and there was a lot of debris in the back. I had to clean the cab because most everything was black with dirt. The truck ran fine though.
