Worst drop off ever!!! Not open!! Employees told us different things to drop off!! Business says open 8-5 we got there at 10am no one there, place all locked up. I confirmed the day before time and place! Need to learn customer service!

I had the experience of picking up a second truck at Owens Truck & Auto and it went much better than my first pickup at a different location in Texarkana. A greeting when you walk in, a handshake, and an introduction was much appreciated. The truck was clean and ready to go and he walked me through the app and got me going in no time. It was much appreciated. I would recommend picking your UHaul up at this location.
