Location Rep checked me in fairly promptly and was very polite. We had conversation on a issue I was charged and told I would receive credit for if I return the rental early. He explained to me that I had been told wrong being I had a one way rental that are not eligible for credits ( I believe it had to do with the type of rental I reserved) All location reps should be knowledgeable so as not to give wrong information to customers like Daniel here.
