Chuck OThe trailer was not sealed. We drove through thunderstorms and all of our items were wet when we arrived.
Margaret KThe location and customer service from personnel was excellent. The site being doing and being unable to manually checkin or take payment was highly inconvenient. The web applications and site need to be fixed or other methods of checkin need to be provided.
