Kidwells was fast and courteous. A perfect experience. Sadly it was after being mistreated at Deerwood Services in Aurora WV. Trailer that I has agreed to move was not hooked up and ready to go and the employee was rude and dismissive and kicked me out of their store rather than fulfill the contract.
