Location drop off didn't have anyone, despite website reflecting open. I needed to call the main uhaul number. Made to run around to another location. When I finally connected with a personel at drop off, given horrible directions and follow up to verify vehicle was received excellent by the company. Told to drop off key in drop box and take pictures on the event of any issues. Never had such a horrible customer service for such an expensive service. Will not recommend
