Since I am not from the area, it was very hard to find (especially after a long day of moving / driving). I had to call several times to get someone on the phone to provide turn by turn directions (Google Maps couldn't find it). Once there it was easy to drop off. The lady I spoke with was very friendly, accommodating, and receptive.
