Took over 45 minutes to check in even with a reservation in place for well over a week. Clerk out wrong starting mileage in system. When I went to return, could not do the return in the app. Was told by the clerk he would handle it. I ended up having to call your 1800 number to get some action when the rental was not closed on time and showing over due. Your person note 1800 line, while assisting me, made me feel as if the problem was mine,, insisting I did not enter the information correctly on the app. Crappy experience all around. I really do not like using your company. Have to because so few other options. You are a necessary evil so would avoid if I had an option.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI just give it low Marks because they had just started renting uhauls it so the staff were unfamiliar with how to do it. It took a long time. And I didn’t get all the information. But the staff was very polite and did the best he could. He was a very responsible young man.

Henry HThe mobile check in was tedious. It says to not arrive before your check in time, but then takes 10 minutes to complete once you arrive at your check in time — so I lost/wasted the first 10 minutes of my rental completing forms, taking pictures, getting verified, etc.
