It was quite far from our initial selection for pick up. Obviously a side hustle for this business. Staff was pleasant and very helpful. Carrying converters for the electrical connection for rent or purchase would be ideal.

Village Market was Great.. but app allowed me to book it at 7am but failed to tell me that the store wasn't set up for mobile pick up so I couldn't get vehicle until 12pm.. Wasted half my day

FEONIE GThe servers were down causing a delay and much frustration. In spite of this the service representative was fantastic and as helpful as possible.
Shane AOwner told me to grab a shovel and dig out the trailer myself. The connections where corroded and there was a lack of care. The owner also kept picking up his phone instead of completing our checkout. Waiting over 20 mins extra over 5 different phone calls he took. Waste of time. Lack of care for the equipment. Making uhaul look really bad.
