The engine light was on and we understood why it was on when applying pressure on the gas pedal.I wasn’t able to open or close the back door with out help. Taking the side photographs were unable to done in the parking spot with a moving truck on each side.

After waiting for 2 1/2 , as well holding up six friends and family members the truck arrived and we didn't have much choice but to take it immediately. Storage personnel were best part of this stressful and awful experience.
Dennis MMy only complaint is that we did not get the 10 foot that we asked for, we ended up getting a 15 foot, you said a 10 foot was not available and that you upgraded us for free, but that was not an upgrade for us - we did not have enough stuff to securely load into a 15 foot, it took more gas and was not as easy to drive as a smaller vehicle - I do think we should have been given a bit of a discount.
