It took 30 mins to pick it up via the app. I took almost and hour to drop it off. I kept having to retake the pictures and long upload times. I just want to drop the keys off and go. I almost just left it there is was so mad it was taking so long for the drop off.

The location did not provide the requested moving materials inside the truck and U-Haul customer service was terrible to deal with - not even helping the person making the reservation and paying. What a horrible experience.
