Joseph was very rude and kept harassing us about returning the truck when we went on the app to extend. He also just charged our card for a random $96 without my permission. I will never rent from Uhaul again because of how Joseph spoke to me and kept harassing me. I was dealing with moving and did not need that addition stress. I will put a negative review everywhere I can!

LF headlight was inoperative, RF headlight aimed off road. Could not see in dark aside from other cars. Blind spot mirror was loose and came off while driving with car trailer attached
