Drop off was Murrieta, CA. Informed by UHaul the previous day that 10 foot truck would not be available at my preferred location on Dysart Rd. When we loaded our table at Dysart Rd location there were two 10 foot trucks at this location. Why couldn’t we have one of those trucks? Would have saved us 30 minutes. This is not acceptable service.
