Not over charge! I was supposed to be billed for 54.00 but some how I was billed for 179.00 BULL SHIT ! Never again will I use u haul I will tell my as well, and of course nothing can be done until Monday, as before never again

Are you kidding? This location needs to be a training location for other stores on how to do things right! Great staff and they can solve their own problems; they don't need to call other offices to 'figure out what to do', they just do it! They're the 'go to' store now!

The employee helping me was extremely helpful and pleasant. He assisted with the trailer, removed snow & ice from the trailer and made sure all was in a safe & operable condition. Please pass along my appreciation for his attention to detail.

First off there was a ton of snow on the truck that was frozen to the windshield, they did not help me Clean it off, it took me 15 minutes just clearing the snow away from the truck. I also found out that they had my reservation under a different truck number so when I returned it they could not find my reservation. When they did they said there was damage to the truck. After looking again Russnfound my reservation. He said you have the wrong truck lol. Or so that’s the information tooele had for me. That was wrong the miles were wrong everything was wrong. I sat in there for over 20) minutes and was late for work. Russ was great he was very polite and helped as fast as he could. They miscalcutes my miles and on and on. There was a long wait for service and I was not able to return the lifting straps I bought because they are not a full service location. I have to drive 35 miles to ‘try’ to return it in Salt Lake.

Dropped my trailer on Sunday 10/14/18 per my contract and need. Received an automated email on Wednesday 10/17/18 stating they had been trying to reach me and the information provided on my contract was inaccurate. That was not true, the phone number and email were accurate. I called the Uhaul help line in the email for assistance and was bounced around for 5 min, then hung up on. Called the store drop off and finally got someone on the phone to help. The area manager, Jaden from Cal Ranch in Tooele, UT was able to assist me quickly and the issue was that the store never checked in my equipment.

I was frustrated that I had to drive an extra 60 miles out of town to obtain a tow dolly that could be used for one way travel. There were many of dolly's in Salt Lake, but I had to travel to Tooele to pick one up. Seems ridiculous. However, the folks out in Tooele were great to deal with.
