The man running the place called me at 8am, waking me up, telling me my truck is ready. Which could be nice if I didn't have the time set for 1130am for a reason. Then I tried telling him I'll be there closer to 12 and he told me he wouldnt be there but to call him if I had any issues. I called him 3 times with no answer then had to go through 2 customer service calls (They both were lovely and actually helpful). Also this place is in the worst, hardest, and sketchiest places to get to. I dont think I will never Uhual again.

BRANDI SThere was no one at the location. When we finally got help 1 1/2 hours later to get a code to get in to get the truck, it had not been serviced, and had none of the 36 packing pads we had paid for. We had to drive to another location and wait in a long line to get the packing pads. The online people contacted the owner of the first store who said that someone called in sick, but there was a worker who came to the store but only yelled at us that we couldn’t come in to get the truck and refused to help us. This location was selected by U-Haul for us to pick up the truck. They have horrible customer service!!! Stay away from this location.
