- have more than 1 employee that knows how to check in uhaul rental customers. Because when that one person is sick it takes 45 minutes to check in. - have the vehicle ready for the reserved time such as equipment already in the back of the truck. Also the door was frozen shut which is something that would have been noticed if the vehicle was prepared. - however, upon vehicle return, the employee there did help is out immensely with a favour we needed, so that was much appreciated! :)

I don't feel that the attendant knew what he was doing. Took 20 mins for him to enter my info (which I already entered online) and he attempted to charge me for a more expensive truck size. When I received the cargo van, there was a dashboard light on that the front tires were low on air, I mentioned and the attendant dismissed the concern saying the sensor is over-sensitive and the tires were fine (the we're visibly low). Having no choice I took the van, and the tires killed my gas mileage. $20 for 30km to get me back to square. This was not my first choice location, as I got tossed to this location not by choice, and I would never pick a truck from this location again.

I had a reservation to pick up my U-Haul at 11am, and planned my day accordingly. I was moving and had a moving elevator booked (along with a deposit), and this location was not near where I live (despite me choosing a nearby location for my rental); thus, I was on a tight schedule. No one was on-site until 11:40am at this location, pushing me back and putting me in danger of missing my moving elevator window. Unacceptable to be standing and waiting for my rental for over half an hour, especially when there were several other moving parts involved. Some form of repayment would be greatly appreciated for the inconvenience.

Vehicle not clean When I dropped off, there was no closing of my rental done till three or four hours later I did not receive the bill via email like I was told I would until I had to call to request Dissaoppointing overall experience

I come to the site and the agent is friendly. The cargo van is ready to go. But the staff forgot to remind me to take my drolly and I took it before I start to drive away. In the checking process, I found the foot break has some trouble to disable and the staff helped me to fix it. In order to be safe, I just gave up using the footbreak during my usage. The cargo van is in good condition in general. When I returned my van, the staff make a check with me and confirmed the car is in good state and the gas level. I would suggest you try your best to come on time and return on time. Then you can make everything clear together with the staff without later confusion. One good thing is that the staff is nice and helped me to prolong my booking hours a little longer than the original time span, which is really helpful for my house moving. The original time span is determined by the online system.

Next time when a customer rents a truck for a precise hour dont text him 6 hours before changing on your own the time he has to pick up the truck it's freaking annoying and thats the second time. I wont use your service anymore enough is enough!

I was happy about most of the things except one minor issue which remained unresolved. When I picked up the vehicle, fuel gauge was 1/2 and while returning it was 5/8 (as you can see in the contract too). While returning the vehicle, I spoke to the uhaul agent over phone about it and she assured that the amount of additional fuel can be credited to my credit card by the person at the store. So provided the fuel receipts to the person at the store (Islines Incorporated) but haven't got my credit yet. The person at store says he doesn't have option to credit me so still wondering who will credit me that amount? Thanks, Anoop

I rented a 10' truck from this location for 4 hours and was charged for 3 days as the location was closed when I dropped the truck back at the office, even although it was supposed to be open. It has been over a week and what should have cost $75 for a simple move has cost me $230. I am still waiting for a response from both the store and U-Haul. I have used u-haul for many moves but this will be the last time.

I was charged for two days rental when I only asked for 4 hours!! Also I checked in at 11:30 am and the contract said 10:32 am. Very unacceptable to be charged for 2 days rental when I only had the truck for a few hours !!



Van was dusty and dirty, neighborhood is weird, service was friendly.
