I dropped off the truck at a public parking lot. After following all the drop of info I spent 30 minutes trying to find a drop box that didn’t exist and speaking to 4 different people before someone helped me. Ridiculous
ADAM FNo office here. Just a drop off location in a parking lot with a guy collecting the keys.
LORNE BThere are no personnel on sight or a drop box for keys. I was redirected here after my previous location was filled up, and it took me an hour by phone to find a way to drop the keys off. And the first representative I spoke to hung up on me.
