Drop off location was the Key Motel in Chatsworth. The office was closed during posted operating hours with no information except a key drop box. There was another customer present who was visible upset about the office not being open and no employee available to help

For me it was all good
DANIEL SThis location is great EXCEPT the fact that I had to drive 40 mins out of my way to get a truck and on top of that UHaul increased the he km by $0.10/km and no credit or discount given for the inconvenience. Thank goodness this is the last time I need a truck rental!
