I ordered a trailer from a rental place in torrington, the lady i ordered from did her best at making sure my order was available for Sunday. However when Sunday showed up and I went to the dealer that was open on weekends it was not available nor delivered from one location to the other...on top of that the person that ran the UHAUL location was not even in the state and when called, I was told to contact Casper to figure out the remote transfer. Casper employees were very helpful and got my reservation taken care of and discounted my amount due..however it was an inconvenience to say the least.
