I marked the truck clean, but it really needed a wash....mostly it just needed to wiped down.... floor looked like something spilled on the floor and did not get wiped up....windshield was dirty needed to be cleaned. could not clean it with the wipers too dirty.... We are out here in the dusty area of town and understandable. all in all a very good experience... Thank You.

Incorrect charges, bad attitude
Simren kIf reservations have been made in advance, it should be available during the scheduled date and time. There is lack of communication with U Haul system as a whole. I would no longer use or recommend U Haul
