I went in on Wednesday 10/29/25 to confirm my reservation pickup for Thursday 10/30/25. Joseph the employee said their system was down & gave me information on other areas to pickup a truck if there system was still down on Thursday. Thankfully, I was able to pickup a truck on Thursday & Alvin & Ray were very polite & helpful! I would definitely recommend West Valley Moving Company!
