Customer service overall was extremely poor. I rented a 20-foot moving truck through the website, and when I arrived at 10:00 a.m., which was my scheduled pickup time, the door was locked. The U-Haul representative was on her phone and was unable to assist me when I had trouble accessing my reservation online. She also did not seem knowledgeable about the overall process. She repeatedly told me that I had to download the app to complete the check-in and check-out process, which was not true. I was able to complete both processes through the website. Her attitude throughout both check-in and check-out was very unprofessional. She appeared uninterested in assisting me and was constantly on her phone while I was trying to communicate with her. She eventually had to call her manager for assistance because the instructions she was giving me were incorrect. Based on this experience, I would not recommend renting a truck from this location. If you do decide to use this location, I would strongly recommend making sure you are prepared to deal with the issues I experienced.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe UHaul app would not give me the six digit code to sign in which made me have to wait 20 minutes for a UHaul representative to arrive. When he arrived he wasn’t able to get me into the app to check in. Whatever software UHaul is using is not reliable.
PAUL JIt wasn't the location but the whole dropoff experience and 6+calls and emails to figure out how to finish the trailer drop off. Very poor app/call/email experience.
