The gentleman did not really speak english so couldn't close out reservation right then because he was having some difficulties in doing it he had to get help and her stated that she would take care of it. Could use better ways to effectively communicate better

Murtala IUnless you a familiar with the area, the entrance is hard to find. Staff was argumentative and refused to own up to the misinformation they provided to the customer resulting in extra charges for the rental. We have rented uhauls from other locations and never had these kind of issues.
