We turned the truck in early, expecting a refund of the time we didn’t have the truck. Our bill showed that was not the case, not very impressed with that part of renting a u-haul.

There was no one on site. I tried calling them & left a message. Never got a call back. Called the u-haul customer service number for help. She was very helpful.

sherri sI could not get cell phone service for the online pick up. I called U-Haul on my boyfriend’s phone because he could get service but we couldn’t do the pick up on his phone because it is a flip phone, to explain what was happening and the representative couldn’t understand that I was at a storage unit facility that didn’t have an office so no one was on site. And that the reason why I couldn’t get service was because I was surrounded by corn fields in the country not close to an actual city. Since the representative could not help me I started walking around the storage unit facility trying to get a signal. It took me 45 minutes to get to the part of the site that gave me the code to get the key.
