When I arrived at 1015 AM the gate was locked and there was no attendant working. With the gate locked it is a poor location to drop off a trailer. While I was dropping off the trailer outside the gate and self checking out online, an employee showed up and apologized for not being there and said she would take care of getting the trailer inside. Not very professional.

ROXANNE VMy truck was clean and in good running condition. But what stood out to me was the service. I was treated with respect, with kindness and both of the employees had a friendly and great attitude!! This will be my go-to if i ever need u-haul services again!!
