TERENCE AWhen I arrived at 1015 AM the gate was locked and there was no attendant working. With the gate locked it is a poor location to drop off a trailer. While I was dropping off the trailer outside the gate and self checking out online, an employee showed up and apologized for not being there and said she would take care of getting the trailer inside. Not very professional.
