was closed when equipment returned, had to do self-service return. required pics of cargo trailer were difficult to manage due to app clunkiness (buttons to take pic and save were at edge of screen and not easy to tap due to being under phone options [S25+])
Mike EOnce again, contract is changed to accommodate U-Haul and with no benefit to the customer who is paying. They are fine to change locations at will, but will nickel and dime you on petty details like blankets not being folded or vehicle not being swept. If you care to be a better company, then give a credit when you waste the customers time by changing pick up and drop off locations. Giving me extra miles does not accommodate the additional 60 miles you add on to my drive and day.
