- Thought everything was fantastic here - truck was located in the most convenient position amongst all trucks so I didn't have to search for it. Location was well lit and had cameras, so leaving my car there felt safe. - The lock to get the key was a little sticky, took me a bit to wiggle it out as opposed to just simply pressing on the lever, thought I was doing something wrong for a few minutes. - Not this specific location, but the app kinda sucks, I started the pickup process then had to navigate away from the app, and before I was able to finish, it immediately jumped me to drop off process without any indication. I was trying to take a photo and enter the mileage, and it kept telling me invalid because it was a 0 mile tripe since it had jumped to the drop off process. So I didn't get to type in the initial mileage nor the fuel level. Same thing happened to me at dropoff, I was about to take pictures of the interior cabin and truck bed for cleanliness and went to my camera roll, then back to the app and it just completely jumped to the very end of the process and wouldn't let me enter the photos.

Again, I would recommend Port Townsend no problem, but the overall return experience and the quality of the facilities in Tucson was absolutely bad. I don't ever want to do business with U-Haul again but Port Townsend was fine. Good people
