Drop off a better other location, more space. The street too small for big truck uhaul. And the location is really small and not lot of space for parking.

Marlena RThe owner of this location has an issue with giving me the truck in the beginning saying the system said he did not have a truck. He ended up giving me a bigger one as an upgrade for the inconvenience. When dropping off the truck he said he could not complete it because the system was down. He also was very difficult to communicate with. Very poor experience overall.
Noah BIt was a little frustrating having to repeat the online check in once I get there after having done one online during the week, but other than that, the process and quality of the vehicle was great.
