Staff was responsive and very nice. They inspected the interior of the truck to confirm we had swept it out and returned all of the accessories in good condition. They checked the fuel level and reviewed our fees before processing the return.

LEONARD SHere you can reserve for U-Haul. Definitely it a priority when it comes to taking care of customers who reserve at this location as the wait time is long and not knowledgeable when it comes to the U-Haul system being down. He stated he has never experienced this before but then immediately states when the system crashes it takes a couple of minutes for it to come up. He then wanted me to call the regional U-Haul manager when she stated for him to call her. Not a very good listener as well as very poor customer service. I don’t recommend this location for future business. May be a convenient location to pick up but not professional. If only they were knowledgeable, professional and upfront about experiencing these types of issues since the operate business with U-Haul I would be more understanding but being lied to and not having a contact number for the regional manager wasn’t a good first impression. When bringing back the equipment the Main Manager confronted me about writing a bad review explaining my experience as I was waiting with him through this mornings ordeal. Spot on for not being professional and I wouldn’t recommend U-Haul or Alcala smog services to anyone if this is how the unprofessionalism is.
