KAREN BHorrible staff The truck I rented became unavailable. U-Haul compensated by giving me extra days. Not money off of $760.02 that I paid. So I had to go to another town to pick up the truck (thank God for family). I drove 900+ miles dropped my stuff off and returned the truck. On time. Took a nap and realized the woman I dropped the truck off too was incompetent and didn’t do her job so drove 30 minutes back before they closed to make sure I got my truck returned on time so I didn’t get charged. I’m just trying to start my life and this was just a horrible first experience of moving away from family. Just have family/friends help you move. Id pay double to never experience this again.
